Affordable Interim Management was formed by two senior directors, Alan Ridgwell and Stuart Fenwick who recognised that SMEs were the fastest growing business sector in the UK and the most likely to need help whilst growing and changing. However they found that the current interim market was both too expensive and inflexible to be readily available to SMEs. This alongside the understanding that many interim managers themselves would like greater flexibility and to broaden their experience in smaller companies and will accept lower daily rates to do so.
Stuart Fenwick, is himself an experienced interim/project manager, having worked on assignments for such companies as Apple Computers, Barnardo’s, BT, BP, the British Red Cross, Hitachi, HM Government, Laura Ashley, Manweb, Mencap, Nationwide, Prudential, WH Smith, Visa International and Zurich Financial.
Alan Ridgwell is a senior telecoms and IT systems integrator with particular experience in transforming businesses through business & organisational change facilitated through new technologies. He has held senior positions with BT, Unisys and ICL in a number of countries worldwide over a 30 year career.
